Hi, I'm Chris. I created Round Builders to be the ideal solution for window cleaners looking to expand their customer base.
I founded and operated Swash Window Cleaning for 14 years. During that time, I gained extensive knowledge about canvassing and its challenges. I experienced firsthand how canvassers can be unreliable, often providing endless excuses for not showing up as scheduled.
There were instances where they disappeared with my deposits, brought in poorly qualified customers, failed to honor replacement policies, and adopted a high-pressure selling approach, demanding immediate payment. Additionally, their explanations for charging certain fees were often confusing and misleading.
At Round Builders, we aim to address these issues and provide a reliable, transparent service to help window cleaners grow their business effectively at the pace they desire.

and only then will we continue to provide a price explaining the service that you provide.
We will let them know your company name and send them a confirmation SMS upon any agreement made and uploaded to your portal.

First Clean Prices
0.5x - 2x
If customer opts out of a first clean price when recommended we explain immaculate results can take 2-3 cleans.
WFP or Traditional
Whichever you use. Select which method(s) you use in your profile and that is the way we tell your new customers to expect the cleaning to be done.
How Do We Build Your Round?
We visit hundreds of homes where you will be cleaning in the near future and if the owners in, we politely ask if they need your service. We also post cards and use social media to help connect with homeowners who are looking for a service just like yours.
A Professional Process... Every time.
All your customers will have been taken through an agreement form and will be required to sign to show they understand the details of your service. The form is dynamic so it will changed based on your details completed in your profile when we select you as the window cleaner that will be providing their service.
We state if you do not keep to your end of the agreement it is voided. So provide a great service and you'll be fine. If the customers is unreasonable don't worry. Just cancel them in your portal. We wont charge you any commission for them. So you can move onwards... and upwards!
When an agreement is completed the customer is sent this message. They're now in your hands. We recommend booking them in with a phone call so you can introduce your company personally. Want some help with onboarding? Just let us know.
